The File Manager can be used to submit and retrieve files that we are collaborating on.
A great example would be that you might upload some photos for inclusion on a website. After I perform image optimization on them, I could upload them for your review before they are added to the website.
The same could be true for images that you wish to have cropped or adjusted in some way.
